About Event

Care in Conflict is a free, in-person wellness symposium exploring the tension between caregiving and the toll of systemic trauma in healthcare.

Hosted by The Black Birth Project in collaboration with Code Melanin, this event invites Black, Indigenous and racialized healthcare professionals to gather for an afternoon of restoration, dialogue, and connection. Together, we’ll unpack how racism and trauma shape our nervous systems, and how we can begin to reconnect.
