The How-To of Digital Transformation: A Practical AI Leadership Playbook to Stand Out in Your First 90 Days [Workshop]
AI is reshaping how organizations operate, make decisions, and create competitive advantage. This 90-minute interactive workshop prepares students to lead AI-enabled transformation, using a practical framework synthesized from best practices across industries, enterprises, and real-world implementations.
Students enter a digital clone simulation representing a high-tech company and work individually through a series of timed business challenges using frontier AI tools, enterprise information, and AI-simulated organizational stakeholders. The focus is not simply on using AI, but on leading effectively in an AI-enabled environment.
Students will learn how to establish ground truth in complex organizations, convert ambiguous objectives into measurable outcomes, redesign processes around automation and better information, communicate effectively with executives, scale solutions across the enterprise, and evaluate AI outputs for reliability and consistency.
Each scenario is followed by an examination of a comparable real-world implementation, including the underlying approach, leadership decisions, and business outcomes.
Students leave with a practical playbook for agentic reinvention that they can apply in interviews, during their first 90 days, and throughout careers in consulting, industry, start-ups, and leadership.
