​Kathryn Mecrow-Flynn started in human rights law, worked across five countries, then shifted into philanthropic strategy — and in 2019, founded Magnify Mentoring with a simple observation: brilliant people from underrepresented backgrounds often lack access to good mentors. Since 2019, Magnify Mentoring has grown to a global network of over 500 community members, spanning over 50 countries.
