About Event

A four-hour hands-on training for legal teams interested in learning how to work with (and build) AI agents to support their practice. Bring your laptop and leave with AI agents tailored to how you work. We are keeping this workshop small so that everyone can work hands-on with Ping's founding team throughout the day.

The workshop will be lead by Ping's founders, who have decades of experience developing AI agents and data infrastructure with DeepAI, Deepgram, Meta, and Google, alongside Ping's general counsel, a practicing lawyer with 15+ years experience as litigation and general counsel representing clients of all sizes nationwide. They'll be in the room with you all morning.

No technical background or AI experience required. If you can brief a junior colleague, you can do this.

AUDIENCE

Ideal for boutique firms and in-house legal teams. Small legal teams (up to 30 people).

All lawyers are welcome, whatever the size of your firm. If you're at a larger firm and would rather spend a morning building something than watching a demo, join us!

Capped attendance, so everyone gets real attention.

WHAT WE WILL COVER

How can you benefit from using AI agents in your practice, including:

  • Calendaring and Filing Monitoring

  • Client Intake and Case Assessment

  • Automating Billing and Timekeeping

  • Document Review and Editing

  • Bespoke Pleading and Document Generation

  • Preparing Presentations and Trial Exhibits

  • Building More Capable and Fullfilled Teams

  • Using Your New-Found Energy for Why You Became a Lawyer in the First Place

Come ready to share what's important to you. That's the point.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

  • At least one working agent doing a real task from your own practice

  • Skills/tasks you taught the agent, and the instructions you wrote for it.

  • The ability to build, refine, and further develop AI agents on your own and with your team.

  • An honest read on the limits of agentic AI for your legal practice, including seeing and hearing what worked and what didn't.

  • $500 in Ping credits to keep building
