Local Hub Berlin - The Art of Mastering Difficult Conversations
Stay in the Room
For the conversations you keep almost having.
Most of us leave hard conversations wishing we'd been more present, not that we'd said something different.
We know the frameworks. We've done the training. And still, when it gets real, something in us speeds up, checks out, or just... disappears. The conversation happens. But we weren't quite there for it.
This interactive session is for that. 🚀
In a small group, through direct practice, you'll work with what actually happens in you when conversations get difficult and develop the internal ground to stay present when it counts. Not as a concept. As something you've practiced in the room.
✨ You'll walk away with:
A felt sense of presence: not as theory, but as something you've actually practiced in real time with other people
A concrete tool you can use before, during and after the conversations that matter most - at work and beyond
A clearer picture of why things go sideways: and what's actually happening in you when they do
A transferable method for L & D practitioners to bring somatic awareness into communication training and facilitation

As founder of the Human Resonance Lab, he designs and leads experiential learning sessions that help people develop the internal ground for real connection - especially when things get hard. His work draws on somatic awareness, reflective listening, and group facilitation practices, and is grounded in the conviction that better conversations begin not with better words, but with a different quality of presence.
