​📋 Essential Terms & Conditions

​Health & safety: Attendees participate in games and activities at their own discretion and must follow the organisers' and venue's safety instructions.

​Venue rules: Please respect Ten Cafe and its facilities. Any damage caused may result in charges.

​Behaviour: Disruptive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

​Refunds: Tickets are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

​Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

​Organiser cancellations: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued regardless of the notice period.
