The Oxford Saїd Entrepreneurship Centre , AI Centre for Business and Novaria.ai are very pleased to offer this session.
It is designed for businesses that want to move past AI hype and start making AI work practically, responsibly, and at scale.
Beginning with a practitioner’s perspective from the AI Centre for Business & Novaria.ai, this session by Dr Emine Phillips examines the most common challenges businesses face when adopting AI, including organisational readiness, workflow integration, and change management.
A panel moderated by Prof Pinar Ozcan of Saïd Business School then explores proven good practices, highlighting what successful adopters do differently and how theory meets practice.
After a short break, participants will take part in an interactive workshop on business strategy and workflow automation, delivered by AI Centre for Business and industry partners. This hands-on session will help attendees identify automation opportunities, rethink workflows through AI, and leave with concrete ideas they can apply immediately within their organisations.
Who it’s for: SMEs, corporate teams, consultants, and transformation leaders looking for actionable AI adoption guidance—not just inspiration.
