​The Heat Exchange is a curated heat-forward market and event series highlighting sauce makers and spice-driven brands from different cultural backgrounds. Each edition spotlights a distinct region or community.

​Vol. 001 - Asia Select

​For the inaugural edition, Asia Select features Asian owned brands across the diaspora. We'll be showcasing 8 curated vendors in a unique environment. You'll be able to sample the sauces, chat it up with the makers, and purchase bottles to take the heat home with you.

​Date and Time: Saturday, April 18th ~ 1-6pm

​While this event is free to attend, there is a suggested minimum donation of $5 which helps us continue to support the community and local businesses through our programming. Each donation comes with 2 raffle tickets for a chance to win free prizes.

​A portion of all sales will be donated to Welcome to Chinatown.
