Hi Everyone!

I am sharing the slides from today's session.

It was great to do a quick workshop this morning with a few of you to showcase one simple framework on value propositions that you can use to position your startup or business to large potential customers.

I'm looking forward to seeing you in our course. If you have questions or want to hop on a quick call, email me at [email protected]. Also, my Calendly is here.

Have a great weekend,

Vijay

Course Syllabus

What and Why: What markets do you want to reach? Is this the right one?

  • Knowing who the customer is is not always as easy as it seems, and picking the right markets to focus on is life or death for your startup.

Question: Have you found yourself changing your mind about whom your customer is and who is using the product or service?

 How do you map stakeholders?

  • You'll be able to identify key decision makers in your target customer and tailor your message to speak directly to them.

  • You'll practice finding and listening for keywords that point to their most significant pain points, which keep them up at night.

Question: What pain points have you already heard about from customers?

3. De-risking your solution

  • See what it takes to get people over the hump and try before they buy.

  • Find ways to introduce new concepts and behaviors into the big company culture.

Question: Why don’t big companies try new things? A: That's not their actual job! (I'll explain that in the course).

 4. Get the social proof to scale

  • Demonstrate the case studies or proof points you need to keep growing and eventually scale!

Question: When did a recommendation matter? Where did it come from? Same company or a different company?
