​The internet is rearranging itself.

​AI is changing how people find information and use software. Feeds and search are filling with synthetic junk. The rules of the major social platforms are shifting underneath their users. Publishers and creators are fighting for viable economics, while the power of the companies that control distribution, advertising, identity, and infrastructure is getting harder to ignore.

​At the same time, a different set of possibilities is becoming real: open social networks, encrypted communication, local-first software, portable identity, user-controlled agents, new publishing models, and infrastructure designed so that no single provider has to own the whole relationship.

​This feels like one of those moments when the shape of the internet is actually in play.

​We want to get a small group of people who are building, publishing, investing, and thinking about these systems around one table and argue about what should happen next.
