Female Founders Breakfast and Sauna: Cascais
We’ll meet at 9:00 AM at Sauna Habit - a new social wellness club in Cascais.
IMPORTANT: SAUNA EXPERIENCE HAS TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY VIA THIS LINK.
This month’s Female Founders Breakfast is a special edition. We’re meeting in a new location and adding something different: a sauna experience hosted by one of our own community members, Lily Ginsberg, founder of Sauna Habit.
Why a sauna?
Growing a business asks a lot of us, and burnout prevention starts long before burnout. Sauna is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulating the nervous system. It lets the body slow down so the mind can catch up. We believe the women building businesses deserve the best wellbeing practices, and we want to introduce you to one of those.
What to expect
☕ Breakfast & socialising. Arrive, settle in, and connect over good food.
🔄 Networking circle. Our usual format: what you can offer the community, what you can bring to it, and what you need from it right now.
🧭 Decompress & redesign. After the Web Summit rush, take stock of your next steps in growing and scaling your business. If you feel stuck on something, bring it to the table and get support from women who understand.
🔥 Sauna experience. A chance to reset your body and your nervous system.
✨ Special guest
We may be joined by a seasoned female founder and investor. Her name stays under wraps for now, so come and find out
What to bring
Swimwear, a towel, flip-flops, and a water bottle.
If you’re pregnant or have a heart condition, low blood pressure, or any other health concern, please check with your doctor before using the sauna. You’re very welcome to join everything else.
Who it’s for
Female founders and business owners at any stage who want real connection, honest conversation, and a morning that refuels them.
Please arrive punctually to participate in the introduction round and networking.
You won’t leave hungry. We’ll serve:
