About Event

DESCRIPTION

Mentorship Circles are designed to celebrate mentorship, spark meaningful conversations, and build community within the XMGlobal Collaborative. Each 60-minute session includes a spotlight on mentor/mentee stories, a discussion on the value of mentorship in experience management, and interactive sharing through breakout rooms or open mic prompts. We’ll also walk through how to get involved in XMGlobal Connections and offer support for making great matches. Whether you're new to mentorship or looking to deepen your connections, there's space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

SESSION TOPIC

Does Mentorship Actually Change Behavior?

Mentorship can provide advice, encouragement, and new perspectives, but does it actually change what people do? In this Mentorship Circle, we’ll explore what turns a good mentoring conversation into meaningful action, including the roles of accountability, reflection, experimentation, and follow-through. Participants will share experiences and discuss practical ways mentors and mentees can move beyond conversation to create lasting changes in behavior and professional practice.
