About Event
Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in nature.
No Agenda: It is not a fitness workout or distance-based hike. The goal is simply to be present
Sensory Immersion: You actively experience the forest by listening to rustling leaves, touching tree bark, and smelling the crisp air.
Unplugged: Leave electronic devices in your pocket or off entirely to disconnect from urban burnout.
Spaces of picture-taking, sensory meditation (fac. by Ali) pausing at different points. Potential "quiet sections"
Potentially: Draw instead of taking pictures. Potentially journaling. Encouraging self-supplying
