Meet Your Host — Simran Sondhi
Simran Sondhi has lived many lives — and she brings all of them into the room with her.
After graduating from the London School of Economics, Simran spent over a decade in investment banking, then moved through the luxury hospitality industry, a wine estate in South Africa, and digital marketing for a leading pharmaceutical company. She has lived and worked across the UK, Hong Kong, France, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa and Germany. She speaks four languages. She has collected degrees, professional licences and accolades — and at every turn, found that none of them answered the deeper question she was carrying.
That question led her somewhere else entirely.
Over the past eight years, Simran has built a practice grounded in Theta Healing, Access Consciousness & Bars, Reiki, Sekhem, and Holistic Nutrition. Her readings draw on Astrology, Human Design, and her own direct intuitive channel — each one tailored entirely to the woman in front of her. Based in Paris for the past six years, her work has deepened to include decolonisation — examining the inherited systems and stories that shape what we believe we deserve.
Her unique gift lies in her ability to bridge worlds — the analytical and the intuitive, the cosmic and the everyday, the deeply personal and the universally human. Women who sit with her often describe receiving something they already knew, but had never quite heard said out loud.
