Solos Sunday
Solos is a social club for Atlanta singles. Everyone in the room is single, everyone comes alone on purpose, and nobody is here to be interviewed.
This is the first Sunday one! Ormsby's is opening their downstairs for us, and because it's the launch, this one is on me. No ticket, no charge.
🕟 How the evening runs
4:30 - Doors. I'll meet you when you come down and hand you off to someone, so you never walk into a wall of strangers.
5:00 - We open with the Hunt, a game built from the things you tell me when you register. Four of the squares are fake, and everyone gets one bluff.
5:45 - I read out the answers and we find out who was telling the truth. Top three get a drink on me.
6:00 - Bocce, shuffleboard, pool, and photos for anyone who wants one.
7:00 - The last half hour is yours. The games, the bar, and whoever you've been meaning to circle back to.

I'm raffling off tickets to Solos Saturday on August 22 at the end of the night. Everyone in the room is entered.
📱 Solos Intro
Monday morning you get a text from me with the roster of everyone who was there. You reply with up to three people you'd like to meet again, and I make the introduction only if both of you named each other. If it isn't mutual, nobody ever finds out who was named.
That's the whole point. Most singles events end when the lights come on. This one ends with a text from a person who was standing right there.

There's no age cutoff. Come as you are.
The night is free. Food and drinks are yours at the bar, so you spend exactly what you feel like spending.
Doors open at 4:30 and the first game starts at 5:00, so try to arrive in that first half hour.
Phones stay in pockets during the games. Monday's text is the reason you won't need them.
Signups close Friday so I can get name tags made for everyone.
