Rebirth — Warm-Water Practice with Aizhan Kadyr
Rebirth — Warm-Water Practice with Aizhan Kadyr
Ready for a new chapter, but finding it difficult to take the first step?
This small-group practice offers space to explore change, trust, support, and your relationship with yourself through body awareness and symbolic imagery in warm water.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE The image of birth is used as a metaphor for moving from the familiar into the unknown. This is a symbolic experience, not a way to establish what happened before birth. You are invited to notice the feelings and meanings that arise in the present; experiences and insights will differ for each person.
THEMES YOU CAN BRING
Starting something new.
Asking for help and accepting support.
Trust, closeness, and letting go of control.
Self-criticism and allowing yourself more kindness.
Relationships with parents.
Closing one chapter and entering the next.
YOUR FACILITATOR Aizhan Kadyr is described in the organizer’s biography as a psychologist and coach with 16 years of experience, a Master Coach (ICU), and the creator of transformational games and the book From Samurai to Geisha: 33 Lessons of Femininity.
