👋 about Rachel

I'm a somatic leadership coach and expert in nervous system regulation for women. I've spent 20 years researching and practicing mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatics, and cycle alignment.

But the most important part? I've been where you are.

Three cycles of burnout. The last one: anxiety, insomnia, shingles, intestinal bleeding. I had spent a decade chasing bigger roles and more impact. Outside, life looked great. Inside, I was dysregulated and disconnected.

That third burnout was my turning point. I decided to align with my physiology instead of overriding it.

That decision changed everything.

My mission now? Tools designed FOR female physiology, not adapted from approaches made for men.
