Buoys Club Fall 2026
Three hours?! Tried and tested. Yes. BUT - you do not need to stay for the whole time to be a buoy. Pop in for what you can, stay for at least 30 minutes.
This is our 10th edition of Buoys Club since 2024!
What to expect on October 28:
Given this milestone and the current socio-cultural climate, we have light programming during the 12-1pm EDT hour. Jay Coen Gilbert (B Corp, WMRJ), Kyle Richard (bystander hero, It’s On Us), EJ Dickson (WIRED), Brendan Kwiatkowski-Hartman, Ph.D. (re.masculine), Irving Montgomery (Release Recovery), Wynn Smiley (North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and CEO of Alpha Tau Omega) and a few other known voices and faces in men’s health work will spark up an energizing and participatory uplift about the brave new leadership we need from American men right now.

Buoys Club is a quarterly community gathering for American leaders working on men’s and boys’ wellbeing. We are a growing intergenerational and intra-identity network of 1200+ that collaborates year-round and has been convening quarterly since 2024.
Buoys Club is convened by Antenna Up for other leaders in business, media, nonprofits, clinical work, men's group organizers, and beyond who are uplifting American men and boys' mental, physical, and spiritual health in their various spheres of power influence.
Buoys Club is part of Antenna Up’s broader ecosystem platforming healthier narratives about American boys and men, so that we can all work better together. The space is decentralized and breakout rooms are off-the-record: we don’t speak for the room and everyone in the room speaks for themselves.
Spread the word! We are gardeners not gatekeepers. We have engaged over 1200 leaders in two years, and we grow every season.
