​What does a meaningful career (and life) look like for you? As Fall Quarter wraps up, join the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WE Lead) program and our Entrepreneur in Residence, Montana Houston, to reflect and learn about Ikigai in this interactive workshop.

​Ikigai is a Japanese concept often described as your “reason for being.” Together we’ll explore how what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you come together, and how that can guide your next steps.

​Embrace reflection and have fun while doing it! Look back on the quarter, connect with other students, and leave with a clearer sense of what purpose and fulfillment look like for you, at work and beyond. Open to all UW students, no experience needed!
