About Event

Getting your best ideas out of your head and into the world isn't just a mental exercise. It's equally a physiological one.

You need a nervous system state that allows you to tap into creativity, curiosity, and willpower. You need the bandwidth to sit with discomfort and ambiguity. Yet most of us completely overlook this piece of the puzzle.

In this session, Charlotte will share how breath and body practices can unlock creative flow, drawing from her own transition from advertising to Write of Passage to becoming a full-time breath coach for executives and founders.

You'll learn practical techniques that shift your state in minutes: from scattered to focused, from overwhelmed to calm. No complex routines or equipment needed. Just simple tools grounded in nervous system science that you can use immediately.

Come ready to experiment with how small physiological shifts can create big creative breakthroughs.

NOTE: This session is open to all Citizens of the Internet members. There are a very limited number of seats available to non-members.

About Charlotte:

Charlotte climbed the ranks in global advertising, working across major cities for household-name brands. But success left her drained. Promotions meant more politics and less creativity. During COVID, she started writing online and found herself again. A career coaching exercise clarified what she already felt: writing lit her up, advertising did not. She quit without a plan and followed her energy. That leap evolved into a year of creative experiments, body-based coaching, and a new North Star: aliveness. Her story is not about safety. It is about trusting what moves you.
