Come hear from speakers of three generations (The XYZ Workforce) on how to build intergenerational trust. We’ll dive into what trust in the workplace means at different stages of a career and for different ages, and how fostering that trust improves cooperation at all levels.
What to Expect
Join The XYZ Workforce: Beth Stolarick, Executive Coach and Founder of Prism Leadership Partners, Rebecca Justus, Ethical Leadership Advisor & Coach, and Cameron Benton, Executive Recruiter & Business Development Manager, for a roundtable discussion on building trust across generations within the workplace. Each speaker will provide their perspective as a member of a different generation (Gen X, Y, and Z).
The three speakers bring global expertise across the fields of talent and leadership development, human resources, and equity and inclusion. In addition, all three served or are serving on the Board of Directors of EcoWomen.
This will be an interactive event with opportunity for attendees to weigh in, as well as time at the end for a live Q&A.

About the Speakers:
Beth Stolarick is an executive coach and Founder of Prism Leadership Partners. A former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with 20+ years of experience, she helps leaders build clarity, communicate with intention, and navigate change and complexity with confidence. Rebecca Justus is an Ethical Leadership Advisor & Coach, supporting purpose-driven and socially responsible rising leaders and teams around the world with cultural humility, leadership development, and strategy. She has 15 years of experience working globally to advance equity and human rights. Rebecca is a certified Racial Equity Training Facilitator, a certified LGBTQ+ Affirming Coach, and she serves as Ethics Advisor on the Board of Directors for Evonaire, Inc. Cameron Benton brings seven years of experience as a recruitment professional and recently joined Top Search Recruiting full-time after a year of independently managing clients as a freelance recruiter. In 2023, Cameron shifted her focus toward clean energy and sustainability, and has since held leadership roles with Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE).
