βπ« About the Event
βYour workweek is over. Your weekend deserves a softer beginning.
βHow often do you carry the momentum, tension, and mental noise of the workweek straight into Saturday?
βJoin Matt Grenier of Frequency Healing for The Friday Slowdown, an intentional evening of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and an immersive sound bath designed to help you transition from the busyness of the week into the stillness of the weekend.
βThis is your invitation to close the mental tabs, release the tension you've been carrying, and give yourself permission to simply rest.
βThrough gentle somatic movement, calming breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and koshi bells, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body and settle into a slower rhythm.
βNo rushing. No expectations. Nothing to accomplish. Just an hour that's entirely yours.
βπΏ What to Expect
βArrive & Downshift β Settle into the space with soft lighting, and gentle somatic movements to ease tension in your shoulders, neck, and back.
βCalming Breathwork β Explore gentle breathing techniques intended to support relaxation and help your nervous system transition out of the week's busyness.
βGuided Meditation β Move through a restorative body scan and visualization to help quiet your thoughts and set aside your to-do list.
βImmersive Sound Bath β Get cozy under a blanket as crystal singing bowls, koshi bells, and ambient tones create a peaceful soundscape for rest and reflection.
βGentle Re-entry β Slowly return to the present with an optional reflection prompt to carry into your weekend.
βπ§Ί What to Bring
βComfortable, warm layers β Thick socks, a cozy sweater, or anything that helps you feel relaxed.
βYoga mat β Bring your own mat for the meditation and sound bath.
βWater bottle β Stay hydrated before and after your experience.
βAnything extra for comfort β A favourite blanket, pillow, or eye mask is welcome.
βπ« Who It's For
