​And for those who've hit the midweek wall, how about a rejuvenating aromatherapy session?

​This intimate 30-minute FABRIK members-only session comes courtesy of Sensory Sensei + Co., a fragrance collective and playground. Every Wednesday in May, we're carving out space to pause, check in, and reset together.

​You can expect a general temperature check, guided breath work, and the freedom to explore a single note or craft your own signature blend applied directly to your pulse points and carried with you into the rest of your day, and maybe even the week.

​Note: Essential oil diffusers will be operating throughout the session.
