Inspired by Japan’s famous fish markets and the simpler times of growing up with only organic and local food. We’re taking sushi back to its roots.

On Wednesday, August 14, join us for a bespoke dinner party featuring sushi delivered fresh from the fish markets, prepared by chefs who put the ingredient first. Alongside premium nigiri, we’ll enjoy healthy fruit teas and Asian-inspired desserts.
