2026 OCW- Women of Impact Awards Gala

Celebrating Women. Honoring Leadership. Inspiring the Next Generation.

Join Oregon Conferences for Women (OCW) on Saturday, November 7, 2026, for our inaugural OCW Awards Gala, an unforgettable evening dedicated to celebrating the extraordinary women who are shaping Oregon's future.

From entrepreneurs and executives to community advocates and emerging leaders, this special evening will recognize women whose leadership, achievements, and commitment to making a difference are strengthening our businesses, organizations, and communities.

An Evening of Celebration & Connection

The OCW Awards Gala will bring together professionals, business owners, community leaders, and changemakers for an inspiring evening of recognition, meaningful connections, and celebration.

Whether you're joining us to support a nominee, celebrate a colleague, connect with other inspiring women, or simply enjoy an evening dedicated to women's achievements, this is a celebration you won't want to miss!

Celebrating Oregon's Exceptional Women

We are proud to recognize outstanding women in four award categories:

🏆 Woman of the Year
Honoring a woman whose leadership, vision, and accomplishments have created exceptional impact.

🌟 Community Impact Award
Recognizing a woman whose dedication and service have strengthened communities throughout Oregon.

💼 Business Leadership Award
Celebrating a woman who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievement in business or entrepreneurship.

✨ Rising Star Award
Spotlighting an emerging leader whose accomplishments and potential signal an extraordinary future.

Celebrating Women Today. Investing in Tomorrow.

This gala is about more than recognizing achievement. It's also about creating opportunities for the next generation of women.

After covering event expenses, remaining sponsorship funds will support scholarships for female students in the Woodburn School District who are participating in a mentorship program that OCW is proud to be part of.

Together, we can celebrate the women making an impact today while investing in the young women who will shape tomorrow.
