Designing the Space Before Values
We often treat moral conflict as a clash of values. But many ethical failures happen before values diverge—when the spaces for moral sense‑making are poorly designed.
This talk explores the conditions that let moral understanding stay adaptive and humane, even under pressure—and why focusing on moral conditions, not just conclusions, opens new paths for governance, collective intelligence, and AI design.
