This is the signature event of La Colectiva - a women's strength club in Barcelona built around lifting, movement, and community.
Whether you're completely new to the gym or have years of lifting experience, this is a space to train alongside other women in a supportive, welcoming environment.
We'll start with casual introductions and a simple training focus before moving into open lifting time. Follow the optional workout, train independently, ask questions, learn something new, or simply enjoy the energy of training with other women.
