The setting
Bourbon Steak is Chef Michael Mina’s steakhouse inside The Westin St. Francis on Union Square.
The kitchen works with seasonal California ingredients, and the menu runs from A5 Japanese Wagyu to a 40 oz salt-baked, bourbon-flamed Wagyu tomahawk, with tableside presentations as part of the service.
