Life Navigation Workshop
A live, 3.5-hour working session to move from seeing your Old Story to actually working with it.
The free Live Taste showed you the shape of the map you've been navigating by - the assumptions built early, running quietly beneath your decisions ever since. This Workshop is where the real work starts.
Over one live, guided session, you'll move through several stages of the journey the Taste can only point toward: grounding in what actually matters to you, naming your own specific patterns and the beliefs driving them, designing a real alternative to test in your own life, and sitting - properly, not theoretically - with the resistance that shows up when change gets close. This isn't a longer lecture. It's a working session, with live facilitation and real exercise time throughout.
This is the first-ever running of the Workshop - you'd be part of the founding cohort, shaping how this session develops going forward. The regular price will be €187, but the founding cohort price is €147.
Before you join
This Workshop draws directly on your Sovereignty Audit results - one section of the session works from your own domain gaps and archetype to identify what you want to change. If you haven't completed the Audit yet, please do so before the session (it's free and takes about ten minutes) - https://audit.doug-fraley.com/. Arriving with your results in hand means you get the full value of that part of the day.
What the session covers
Grounding in your own values, as the orientation point for everything that follows
Turning your Audit results into 1-3 concrete, specific changes worth pursuing
A clear-eyed look at the behaviour patterns currently running the show
Excavating the limiting beliefs underneath those patterns
Designing a real alternative, and a specific way to test it in your own life
A body-work primer early on, to help settle into the work
Sitting with Cerberus - the resistance, fear, or discomfort that shows up as change gets real - with more space and depth than the Taste allows
A protected close: time to integrate what's surfaced before the session ends, plus space to hear about continuing 1-to-1 if that's useful to you
If the Live Taste named something you recognised but hadn't had words for, this is where you start doing something about it.
