About Event

These are stressful times we're living in, with rarely a moment to unplug from it all.  For these reasons, we invite you to join us for The Vitality Retreat--a three-hour immersion in deep self-care designed to help restore your nervous system to a place of greater ease, balance, and flow.  Guided by experienced wellness practitioners, the retreat will offer reliable tools and practices to help revitalize and reconnect you to your body, mind, and spirit.

Hosted at the open and tranquil Albion Garden studio space in Venice, this intimate experience combines mindfulness, movement, and practical frameworks for building your own wellness toolkit.  It's a mini-retreat experience, without having to hop a plane, clear your calendar for a week, and go totally offline (although we will challenge you to digitally detox for three hours.)

You'll be guided through well-researched mindfulness meditation techniques with Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Mark Landsman (www.mindfullyworking.net); invigorated in an energy-resetting movement session with Health Coach & Master Trainer, Ariel Hoffman (www.wellxariel.com);  and deeply immersed in an experiential conversation with global wellness leader, Teju Owoye, founder of WellZest, on building a practical foundation of wellness for your life.

Albion Garden will provide each guest with a complimentary matcha drink of choice, light refreshments; and, for those interested, a complimentary Japanese micro-facial or hand massage and skin consultation from their team of skincare specialists.

Give yourself a much needed pause, step out of your routine, set down your phone, and allow yourself to simply remember what it feels like to be in the moment without having to do.

Agenda

10:00 AM – 10:15 AM | Arrival + Grounding
Arrive, check in, order your matcha, and snack on light refreshments. You'll settle into the space with music, conversation, and a guided grounding exercise led by Mark Landsman.

10:15 AM – 10:55 AM | Mindfulness + Nervous System Reset
Mark Landsman guides a calming session with breathwork, nervous system education, meditation, and practical tools for regulating stress in everyday life.

10:55 AM – 11:10 AM | Reset Break
Take a moment to refresh, sip something delicious, connect with other guests, and let your body absorb the movement session.

11:10 AM – 11:55 AM | Energy Reset Movement Session
Ariel Hoffman leads a functional movement flow designed to wake up the body, increase energy, support mobility, and give you a simple circuit you can use anytime you need a physical reset.

11:55 AM – 12:00 PM | Quick Reset Break
Take a moment to refresh, sip something delicious, connect with other guests

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Build Your Wellness Foundation
Teju Owoye, founder of WellZest, leads a guided session on building a personalized wellness foundation rooted in energy, recovery, rhythm, and real-life consistency.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | Closing + Connection
Close the morning with reflection, conversation, light refreshments, skin consultations, micro-facials, and time to connect with the community.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Please also wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move in.
