​during this 2-hour event, you'll have access to self-guided ice baths thanks to Plunge, recovery tools from Hyperice, a chill DJ set from 5 Eleven + refreshments from Wava Water.

​pop by for a bit or come hang all afternoon!

​bring a swimsuit/spandex for the ice bath, flip flops or slides, a towel, a change of clothes for your journey home

​note — the plunges will be self-guided, so if you're new to ice baths + want some instruction, an Ice Cold Workshop would be a great place to start!
