This one comes from Nick. He goes to PAR regularly, figured the community would like it, and offered to bring everyone along.
So this is a member hangout, not a Karisma production. Heat, cold water, a slow evening and whoever shows up.
This edition is men only.
No agenda. Come as you are and stay as long as you want.
The Space
PAR is the first Russian banya in Spain, on Carrer d'Enric Granados in Eixample.
Wet steam instead of dry Nordic heat, then cold water to reset. Inside there is a large steam room, a hammam, cold water basins, bucket showers, a pool, a terrace, a relax area and a bistro.
At the centre of it is the parenie, the traditional ritual where birch branches called a venik are used to work the steam over the body. It is booked individually on the night if you want to try it.
The whole place holds fifteen people, so it stays quiet.

Important Info
Men only. This edition is for the men of the community
We meet at PAR at 18:00
Members are welcome to bring a +1, as long as he would fit the community
Entry is paid individually at PAR. Their published rates are 35€ for 1h30 and 45€ for 3h
Bring a large cotton towel or sheet, plus a felt banya hat if you have one. Flip flops are optional
Swimwear is not allowed inside the banya. That is standard banya practice, and you go barefoot inside
The space holds 15 people, so spots are limited
There is a bistro on site if you want to eat afterwards
