Topics will include the restrictions that heritage designation places on the construction or modification of parking spaces, the exemptions or variances at heritage properties.

​The session will feature a case study based in Mexico City, offering a look at how these overlapping regulatory requirements are navigated when evaluating or developing projects involving heritage buildings.
