Why Others Shouldn't Miss This Session

Most people think AI assistants are just fancy chatbots that answer questions. In this session, you'll see how we built an AI assistant that does real work — managing finances, tracking tasks, sending reminders, controlling browsers, and running on autopilot while you sleep.

Meet the Speaker: Daxesh Italiya

The session will be led by Daxesh Italiya, a builder and AI automation enthusiast who has been actively exploring the practical side of autonomous AI systems. Rather than focusing on AI theory, Daxesh specializes in creating assistants that integrate with real-world tools, workflows, and business processes to automate repetitive work and improve productivity.

Through hands-on experimentation with memory systems, agent architectures, browser automation, task orchestration, and autonomous workflows, he has developed AI assistants capable of managing daily operations, tracking information, and proactively completing tasks with minimal human intervention.

In this session, Daxesh will share the exact architecture, tools, and lessons learned from building and running these systems in real-world scenarios.

Live Demo Highlights

🧠 An assistant that remembers

  • Long-term memory

  • Daily context awareness

  • A personality that evolves over time

⚙️ An assistant that acts

  • Scheduling cron jobs

  • Writing and managing files

  • Sending messages

  • Browsing the web

  • Managing multi-step workflows

🔄 An assistant that runs without you

  • Heartbeat checks

  • Automated reminders

  • Periodic reports

  • Proactive outreach and follow-ups

  • Continuous background automation

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Why 90% of AI assistants fail at being useful — and the architecture that fixes it

  • How to set up your own autonomous assistant using OpenClaw in under an hour

  • The exact framework we use: Memory → Tools → Autonomy → Proactivity

  • Real-world examples from our live setup: finance tracking, task management, browser automation, and cross-platform messaging

This isn't a theory talk. You'll see a working assistant perform real tasks in real-time and leave with everything you need to build your own.
