Sunset Picnic on Top of Mt. Tam
Friends! You're invited to join for an afternoon of intimate conversations and breathtaking views on top of Mount Tamalpais in Marin. 🧺⛰️✨
The sweeping vistas from Mt. Tam make it one of the most beautiful sunset spots in the Bay Area. It's a fitting place to explore new connections and dive deeper into existing ones! 💛
Schedule:
Cars depart from SF (4pm)
Cars arrive at Good Earth Natural Foods in Mill Valley (4.20pm)
Guests purchase any snacks, meal, and/or beverages they want from the store. (4.20-4.40pm)
Cars depart from Mill Valley (4.45pm)
Cars arrive at Rock Spring Trailhead on Mt. Tam. (5.15pm)
Guests walk to scenic viewpoint (5.15-5.30pm)
Sunset picnic, games and conversations. (5.30-8pm)
Cars drive back to SF (8pm-9pm)
What to bring:
Layers and blankets - it can get windy up top!
A blanket and/or folding chair for you to sit on.
A backpack to carry your belongings.
Water bottle.
Snacks, meal, and/or beverages if you don't want to purchase them at the grocery store in Mill Valley.
Things to keep in mind:
Due to limited carpool spots available, we are not able to guarantee a spot for this experience to every guest.
If you have a car and would like to volunteer to drive guests, carpooling guests can cover the cost of fuel.
After I have more information on how many volunteer drivers are available, I'll confirm with each registered guest on whether there is a carpool spot available for them.
There is no hiking experience necessary. We will drive to the top. Taking a walk to explore the area is optional.
The road to the top of Mt. Tam is windy. If you are prone to car sickness, please take necessary precautions or avoid registering for this trip.
