​Show & Tells are hour-long sessions featuring members of the Miro Hero Community as they showcase how they use Miro to facilitate collaboration, creativity, and innovation. 💫

​Join to learn about tips and tricks for hosting events and facilitating experiences from fellow Miro Heroes, Rachel Davis and Boris Petrovitch Njegosh.

Rachel will kick us off with an interactive Q&A to answer your questions about:

• ​Increasing engagement for your workshops or sessions

• ​Curating an inclusive and immersive experience

• ​Using approaches for play with your participants

Then, Boris will share actionable insights and strategies to elevate your event planning skills, including:

• ​Best practices, tools, technologies, and techniques to create interactive and memorable online experiences

• ​Tips on how to create an atmosphere that fosters networking, learning, and collaboration

• ​Template and tools to help you manage tasks, coordinate teams, and track progress

• ​Communication strategies, content planning, and interactive activities that drive participation and build lasting connections

Rachel Davis  | Workshop Experience Designer and Facilitator

Meet Rachel, a Workshop Experience Designer and Facilitator who runs her own business as an independent consultant. With almost 20 years of strategy and workshopping experience, she's a firm believer that play is the doorway to our wildest ideas. Coming from an environment where being creative was like pulling teeth, she now helps others move past blockers to creative problem solving by crafting workshop experiences infused with joy and energy. Community is a huge part of her journey. Rachel is a Miro MVP, part of the Butter Experts Collective, and helps run the ButterMixers, a twice monthly session with the curious minds over at the Butter Community.

​Boris Petrovitch Njegosh  | Remote product mentor & AI facilitator

Boris is a standout in systemic design, focusing on the synergy between humans and organizations. A decade of product leadership has seen him leveraging Design Thinking and technology to drive remote team innovation, making processes both fun and fruitful. Boris is among Miro's top 10 creators, revolutionizing remote collaboration with the R SPRINT system. His work, celebrated with numerous awards, cements his global influence in facilitation. Boris has also secured Product Design and Management certifications from THIGA Academy in 2023, guiding client teams as a mentor and leader. His journey into artificial intelligence, marked by an "AI Design Sprint" certification from A33, supports generative innovation and makes AI accessible to beginners.
