About Event

IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD.

You're smart. You've done the work. You follow every framework, read every guide, ask the right people.

And still, this one decision won't move.

A bigger role. A new business. A move. A change of direction.

You overthink it. Or you rush in, then rethink. Or you avoid it altogether.

Here's what no one tells you: it was never a thinking problem. When the stakes rise, your nervous system takes over, and your habitual pattern decides for you.

More information can't fix that. Learning to regulate your state can.

Which one is you?

The Overthinker. "If I just understand it better, I'll know what to do." You analyse and research, but the decision keeps moving further away.

The Jumper. "I'll just do something and figure it out." You move fast to escape the discomfort, then second-guess and rethink.

The Freezer. "I don't know." You go blank, postpone, wait for a clarity that never comes.

This isn't about putting yourself in a box. It's about recognising: this is what my system does when the stakes rise, and learning to interrupt it.

In this 2.5-hour experiential workshop, you'll:

  • Spot your decision-making pattern under pressure

  • Learn to interrupt it in the moment, using breath and nervous-system regulation

  • Work through one real decision you're stuck on right now

  • Leave with a way to make the next ten faster and clearer

We don't talk about decision-making. We work on your decision. You bring the real one, and experience what shifts when you approach it from a different state.

From stuck, to decision, to movement.

Make one important decision. Learn how to make the next ten.

A founding session. We're testing a new approach with a small group. Free, in exchange for your full presence and honest feedback.

Together, you'll explore how breath can create greater access to choice, clarity, and presence when important decisions activate fear or tension.
