About Event

As promised, this year we're turning our COOhort meetups into COOhort Roundtables, where any COO (or person in a similar role, as the most senior ops person in your company) can submit their current challenges for group discussion. If you're interested in hosting your own roundtable, read our guide here.

This time, Tom Jewell, COO of Unleashed will be facilitating our session. Tom helps companies and individuals with all things People + Culture, and he's offered to give back to the ON Community by hosting one of his workshops for our COOs.

✅ What is the purpose of this roundtable?

  • To energise and encourage you to solve some live people ops challenges you may be facing

  • To create a space that allows for peer-to-peer learning and supporting one another with shared challenges

❌ What is not the purpose of this roundtable?

  • Providing a definitive answer to your questions. We're here to offer advice from different perspectives and help you make your decisions, but we won't be able to make them for you.

📌 Agenda

  • We split the time across 2-3 core problems that have been brought by you, the participants, based on the key challenges you currently face within the realms of People and Culture in your business.

  • Tom will facilitate a "group coaching" style conversation, encouraging the group to share their own experiences, learnings, or solutions to the challenges that have been brought forward.

  • Tom will also share a range of tactics and ideas that he and his team have developed while supporting fast-growth startup businesses.

To foster a sense of safety, and ensure that everyone gets a chance to share openly, we will be limiting the number of participants to 12.

We hope you'll enjoy the discussion! 💡
