Perennial Gathering 2027

​Perennial Gathering is a global convening for social innovators, funders, and ecosystem builders who believe that relationships drive change. When people come together in a relational space rooted in generosity, restoration, and meaningful connection, collaboration grows and innovation flourishes.

​From March 14-18, 2027, Perennial Gathering will invite 250+ leaders from around the world to the forest village of Karuizawa, Japan for a one-of-a-kind experience that blends the best of a conference, leadership training, and personal retreat—all thoughtfully designed and facilitated to build the trust and alignment needed to navigate today’s complexities and co-create a more generative future.
