Vitality Week calls it werkliefde: working with energy, meaning, and connection. For us, that starts before the workday does. Claim the morning with your neighbours: for movement, for connection, for a slower kind of start.
We're taking part in National Vitality Week with a free, social 5k and breakfast on Thursday, September 24. All paces welcome, nothing timed. By 9am, you're fueled to start the day: functional hydration from Aquablu, clean, honest food from The Eet-team.
You won't be doing it alone. Around 130 offices sit within a 10-minute walk of the start line, and plenty of them will be claiming their morning right alongside you.
Every runner leaves with a gift bag, including a reusable Aquablu glass bottle for your desk.

Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No. All paces are welcome. Whether you run, walk, or crawl, you're in.
Are there showers and changing facilities available?
Yes, showers and changing facilities are available at HQ. No towels are provided. Please bring your own.
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
At the bottom of the yellow bridge at Danzigerbocht 45. You will see the Aquablu team and hydration van.
Is there somewhere we can store bags and belongings?
Yes. Drop your bags at check-in and collect them at Aquablu HQ after the run.
What should I bring or wear?
Whatever you'd run or walk in: trainers and weather-appropriate kit are all you need. Bring a change of clothes and a towel for the showers at HQ.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Let us know when you sign up and The Eet-team will take care of it.
