OPEN TO: All folks from displaced ancestral lineages

WHAT WE TEND ACROSS GENERATIONS

Ancestral Healing is the practice of connecting with and tending to your ancestors of lineage to bring balance, insight, and healing across time. This series was designed specifically for people navigating the particular grief and complexity of disrupted lineage — whether through enslavement, colonization, immigration, war, adoption, or any form of forced or chosen displacement.

You do not need to know your family tree. You do not need a complete history. The ancestors know the way home, even when we have forgotten the path.

Over three live virtual workshops, you'll move through a focused arc, from understanding why this work matters, into making contact with your ancestors, and finally into venerating them through an ancestral altar of your own. Each session is led by a different guide, bringing her own lineage and training to the work.

This work is grounded, psychologically safe, and built around tangible processes and practices you can carry beyond the container of the course and into the rest of your life.

OUR APPROACH

PSYCHOLOGICALLY SAFE

This work is held with care for your nervous system. We do not push or bypass. Grief, resistance, and complexity are all welcome.

PRAGMATIC PRACTICE

Every session includes tangible processes you can bring into your life. Ritual, practice, and embodied experience are central.

DISPLACEMENT-AWARE

This series was built with disrupted lineage in mind. You do not need names, histories, or photographs. The framework works even through silence.

COMMUNITY-HELD

Three guides with three lineages across live sessions. We offer real human witness and collectively hold a safe container for you.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Descendants of diaspora and displacement

Those whose ancestral lines were severed by enslavement, colonization, forced migration, or genocide — and who are ready to find a way back.

People carrying inherited patterns

Those who sense or know that certain beliefs, wounds, or cycles in their life did not begin with them.

Seekers without a tradition

Those who feel drawn to ancestral work but lack a religious or cultural framework to hold it and need a grounded, safe container.

Those who grieve what was lost

Adoptees, those estranged from family, or anyone who grieves not knowing where they come from and wants to begin somewhere.

Practitioners deepening their work

Healers, therapists, and spiritual workers who want to bring ancestral literacy into their own practice and offerings.

YOUR GUIDES

Madeline Vu

CLAIRVOYANT HEALER · PSYCHIC HERBALIST · DOULA

Madeline is Vietnamese American and a child of refugees from the Vietnam War, a lineage of displacement that informs the depth and personal stakes of her ancestral healing work. She has lived many lives — writer, design director, tech executive, non-profit leader and found her way home through a lifetime of curiosity and self-healing. She weaves wisdom from ancient and modern traditions to bridge the ethereal and the material — from clairvoyant healing, somatics, womb work, Shipibo curanderismo, herbalism, to birth and postpartum doula work. Her practice supports women in deepening their relationship with the innate intelligence of their bodies, intuition, and inner cycles.

Ashley Langham

HEALER · SPIRITUAL MENTOR · YOGA TEACHER · STRATEGIST

Ashley is a multidisciplinary founder, strategist, and healer whose work lives at the intersection of narrative and soul. As a Black American woman who navigated questions of identity, belonging, and burnout across multiple countries and industries, she forged her path to healing through lived experience and her expertise in psychic somatic healing modalities. Through her practice, Ashley facilitates the reframing of personal and professional narratives to heal the weight of systemic oppression. She blends high-level strategy and storytelling with deep healing modalities, including Sekhem energy healing, psychic reading, tarot, mindfulness, Theta Healing, and yoga.

Ravelle Mantoura

CLAIRVOYANT HEALER · SPIRITUAL & SOMATIC COACH

Ravelle is Palestinian American — a direct descendant of her father and grandmother who were displaced during the Nakba. That inheritance of displacement and resilience is woven into the heart of her healing work. She has been on a journey of healing for as long as she can remember, and after encountering her own limits and plateaus, she unlocked a deeper path through the study of Clairvoyance. As a Certified Master Clairvoyant Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Remote Viewer, and Spiritual Coach, Ravelle is passionate about teaching others to access their own intuition and reach the parts of themselves that other healing methods cannot touch.
