What happens in the room — will I have to do something embarrassing?
You will practice out loud and in pairs in breakout rooms. It's challenging — and it's the whole point. The group is intentionally small, professionally curated, and the environment is designed for safety. There is nothing performative or humiliating. You will be stretched, not exposed.
How is this different from a communications or public speaking program?

Is this live or pre-recorded?
Live online only. This is not a program or a recording — it is a live, interactive session. You will practice in real time with Chen and the group. A link will be sent to you after registration.
What if I can't attend after registering?
If you give us 24 hours' notice, we'll transfer your spot to a future workshop. Cancellations are non-refundable, though we can transfer to another person in your place if they qualify as a founder, leader, or executive, or offer you a different date.
Who else will be in the room?
Founders and senior executives. The group is intentionally curated for professional maturity. You will not be in a room with beginners or general audiences — the calibre of participants is part of the value.
Is there any follow-up after the workshop?
