You Are the Asset: Optimizing the Founder
You invest in your team. You invest in your systems. You invest in your customers. But the most important asset in your business is the one that gets the least attention — you.
Dr. Jonathan Bastian, Medical Director at Aeon Future Health, brings the science of founder optimization into sharp focus through a gender-specific educational session and assessment. Entrepreneurship comes with a unique physiological cost: relentless cognitive load, unpredictable stress cycles, and the hormone shifts that come with age — all compounding in ways that quietly determine whether you make it to the exit, the next company, or the life you actually want.
This event unpacks how stress, hormones, and metabolic health interact — through an educational session on what you can do about it, and a hands-on baseline assessment to see exactly where you stand — so you can perform better in both body and mind.
Attendees will cycle through two main portions of this event:
Learning Session – led by Dr. Jonathan Bastian
A gender-specific presentation diving into stress, hormone, and metabolic optimization — how these systems interact and what you can do about it through lifestyle and hormone optimization to bring them back into balance.Baseline Assessment – Guided by the Aeon team
A hands-on assessment where you'll understand how your body composition, strength, and vitals relate to your overall health optimization.
All attendees will receive their results consolidated and compared to Aeon’s scales, showing exactly where they stand. If attendees would like to review their results in more depth, they can book with the Aeon team onsite.
If attendees are looking to layer deeper insights into their results, additional testing is available at a preferred rate for attendees. Tests such as:
Functional Genomics - understand how your DNA influences nutrition, fitness, heart health and more with a simple cheek swab.
4-Point Cortisol Test – measure cortisol levels at four key points throughout the day to provide insight on how your body manages stress.
What to know before you go:
Wear athletic clothing and shoes. The physical portion is light (this is a baseline assessment, not a workout!)
A waiver must be completed onsite.
Space is limited, with separate caps for male and female attendees due to the gender-specific presentation format.
