​Chef Picklejuice does a little bit of everything. Mainly alternative catering, weddings, and baby showers these days but raves, festivals, block parties, and clubs are nothing new over here! PJ has been bringing the creatively comforting and surprisingly nutritious eats to the party peoplesince 2021!

With Southern cuisine, global research, and modern technique as the backbone. Chef Picklejuice take the comfort food  we all know and love to the next level. Over 12 years in the industry with stints at Michelin and James Beard establishments.
