​Join us here at Hale House for our September Startup Lab with Victor Barzey from Function R&D. Through Function R&D, Victor works with pharma and biotech to translate emerging AI and digital health technologies into workflows that improve patient and business outcomes. He previously ran technology and operations for Otsuka's European digital health business and sat on the digital health investment committee. Prior to that, he spent several years at IQVIA, leading teams across market access, strategy and real-world evidence.
