​Join the West Bay Blue Wave community as we celebrate our almost-first birthday and our many accomplishments and milestones of the past year as we gear up for the Midterm Elections! We will gather for a picnic in the West Bay to build relationships and enjoy the end of Summer in Rhode Island.
