Fuel Your Performance: Nutrition Strategies for Long-Term Health and Career Longevity
To build and sustain your ideal career and lifestyle, maintaining your health is just as important as building your skills and experience.
Have you ever sacrificed sleep or prioritized convenience over nutrition just to squeeze in a little more work? The next day, you're left with more fatigue, less energy, and lower productivity. Before long, it can become a cycle that's hard to break.
Good health is a professional's most valuable asset. To help us pause, reset, and refocus on our health, we're pleased to welcome Registered Dietitian Makiko Osada, who will share practical nutrition strategies for building a healthier life and sustained work performance.
We'll start with the fundamentals of nutrition before exploring real-world examples of how better eating habits have improved health, energy levels, and productivity. Makiko will also cover the long-term benefits of maintaining a balanced diet.
In the second half of the session, participants will have the opportunity to share their own eating habits and receive live feedback and practical advice from Makiko in an interactive discussion.
Your health is the foundation of your work and one of the best investments you can make in your future.
Join us to see how small changes to your diet can have a lasting impact on your health, work, and lifestyle.
