4:30 PM: Check-in and warm-ups begin.
5:00 PM: Bracket officially locks. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot to the waitlist.
5:15 PM: The warm-up period ends and official bracket matches commence.
🔒 Security & Code of Conduct This is a City-Sanctioned event. To ensure a safe, focused, and highly competitive environment, this is a Lock-In style event. Once matches begin at 5:15 PM, the esports lab will be closed to outside guests.
Note: Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian (21+).
All participants must adhere to the Official MGM Esports Rulebook. Strict zero-tolerance policies are in place regarding toxicity and property damage.
