Longevity Global and AgeTech are teaming up to bring together people interested in extending healthspan through a guided breathwork and contrast therapy session, followed by time to connect and decompress.

​Whether you're building in the space or simply curious about evidence-based approaches to living better longer, this is an opportunity to try something different and have real conversations in a relaxed setting.

​​About Othership: Sauna + ice bath studio offering 75-minute “Free Flow” sessions and guided experiences. We only ask that you bring a bathing suit. Onsite we provide lockers, cups for water and tea, towels and shower amenities.
