• ​The communication habits that build reliability, connection and shared standards.

• ​How to tell when work needs async communication, live collaboration or both.

• ​How to create clearer team norms for ownership, response times, handoffs, and decision-making.

• ​How to rewrite vague or frustrating team issues into practical, actionable agreements.
